1. Booking Cancellations

• 48 hours before activity: Full refund or reschedule available.
• Less than 48 hours before activity: 50% refund or reschedule subject to availability.
• No-show / Day of activity: Non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

Guests may reschedule up to 12 hours before the activity, subject to availability.

Rescheduled activities must be within the same season.

3. Weather & Safety

Activities may be cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions.

In such cases, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancel 48+ hrs in advance for a full refund. Rescheduling available. Subject to weather & safety conditions.
