At Blue Adventures – Malvan, we aim to provide a seamless and safe adventure experience. Please read our refund terms carefully:

1. Booking Cancellations by Guest

• 48 hours or more before activity: Full refund available or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours before activity: 50% refund or reschedule subject to availability.
• No-show / Day of activity: Non-refundable.

2. Activity Cancellation by Blue Adventures

If activities are canceled due to bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or other unavoidable reasons, you are entitled to:

• Full refund, or
• Reschedule to another date.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Special Conditions

Refunds for combo packages or extra services (like deep scuba upgrade) are handled proportionally based on the service canceled.
